I (GhxstQueen) own rights on every image and/or design I produce. Even if I would have used a base from another creator, the artwork made in the base still belongs to me.

The buyer or owner must have a Toyhouse account. I will give an invitation code for the buyer if they don’t have an account. This also applies to re-sold / traded designs made by me.

If the buyer decides to keep the design private or locked, I will require a key or rights to see it. I’m keeping track of whether the designs are used or not. It’s also easier for me to check out if they are changing owners or if they are for sale.

I will not sell designs to empty or blank users / accounts.

Do not buy a design from me if you have no intention to use it. I would prefer to see atleast 1 work with the design before it changes the owner again.

Payment plans are okay. However there must be a clear plan on when and how much the customer is able to pay. Usually I do highly prefer 1 (100%) or 2 (50%-50%) payments but they are negotiable. Please note and understand that the design won't be transferred until the whole price has been paid. Backing out or cancelling the plan will get the customer blocked and blacklisted.

You have full rights to the character you have bought or traded. You are allowed to use the design commercially and i won't charge extra for it. Remember to credit me as a designer if you use my design.

Co-own my designs. Please make sure all co-own sides have read my TOS and agreed to it. Let me know if you plan to co-own a design with another person. Do not make duplicate Toyhouse profiles without me knowing. You can't co-own a design with a person who doesn't own a Toyhouse account or is blacklisted by me.

Change the design as long it stays recognizable to the original version. Do not make another Toyhouse profile or "twin" designs.

Do not sell the design for more than you have paid for it in total. Commissioned works may be added to the total worth.

Do not remove the character from Toyhouse.

Do not edit or change any of the (original) character credits without letting me know.

You must credit me and the possible base maker for the artwork.

You will get a full resolution image via email, Discord, Sta.sh or Toyhou.se.

Payment is done via PayPal (invoice) only. I accept USD and Euros.

Buyer does not have to pay any fees, only the stated or otherwise agreed price of the commission.

I won’t do refunds unless it’s from my side. Be sure you want to commission me before ordering. The customer will be fully refunded if I can't finish a commission or no longer want to continue the process. The refund will be given in 1 month.

Use the artwork for commercial use of any kind.

Use the artwork for prints, stickers etc.

Edit or draw over the image without a permission.
